How do I capture an article?
Click the 知鱼Online icon in your Chrome toolbar while viewing any article. The extension will open the side panel and automatically extract and analyze the page content.
Why does the extension say "Unable to connect"?
This means the extension cannot reach our backend server. Check your internet connection and try clicking "Retry". If the problem persists, the server may be temporarily unavailable — please try again in a few minutes.
How do I import knowledge into ChatGPT or Gemini?
When you visit ChatGPT or Gemini, the extension automatically checks your knowledge base for relevant skills. If a match is found, a card appears above the chat input. Click "Import" to insert the knowledge directly into your conversation.
What data does the extension collect?
We only collect page content (URL, title, text) when you explicitly click "Capture", and bookmarks for knowledge matching. Authentication tokens are stored locally. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I delete my captured knowledge?
Yes. You can delete individual items through the extension's knowledge base UI. Uninstalling the extension removes all locally stored data. To request deletion of server-side data, contact us via email.
Which browsers are supported?
ZhiyuOnline is currently available for Google Chrome (desktop). Support for other Chromium-based browsers (Edge, Brave, Arc) may work but is not officially tested.
Is the extension free?
Yes, ZhiyuOnline is free to use.
